New To CrossFit
If you've never done CrossFit, we encourage you to come in for a "no sweat" free trial. You can talk to one of our coaches about your fitness goals, try out one of our group classes, and discuss your options for starting your CrossFit journey.
Not sure you want to dive into CrossFit classes but want the benefits of functional fitness training? Group functional fitness classes are held weekdays at 7 and 9:15 am. These classes are fun, intense, and guaranteed to be the best hour of your day!
Experienced CrossFit Athletes
If you've been doing CrossFit for 3 months or longer, you can join the gym and get started right away. We will do a quick movement assessment to make sure you can perform the barbell and gymnastic movements safely.
